MEET NIKKI

I'm Nikki Watts, a Nutrition Consultant living and working in Port Hedland, WA. My work centres around supporting women and families who want to feel healthier, clearer, and more in tune with their bodies without adding more pressure to their already full lives.

Through my own experience and through working with clients I’ve seen how the right support can make everyday wellbeing feel easier, not harder. That’s why I offer a mix of one-on-one consultations, group programs, and community workshops where I help people find balance in their meals, mindset and lifestyle without the overwhelm.

In everything I do, my focus is on helping you build confidence in your body, understand what it needs, and create changes that feel realistic in the middle of everyday life.

My passion for nutrition began years ago when I realised I needed to make changes in my own health. What started as a simple interest in fitness and cleaner eating soon grew into a deep fascination with how food impacts the way we feel. Along the way, I discovered a love for cooking, experimenting with wholefood recipes, and exploring a more holistic way of living.

After becoming a mum, my journey took on new meaning. Navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the many challenges that came with my children’s food intolerances and gut concerns opened my eyes to how much more there is beneath the surface of our symptoms. This led me to further my studies and study Functional Nutrition, where I learned that we are far more than just what we eat, we are what we can absorb and how our body utilise it.

Having lived in Port Hedland for over 14 years, I know firsthand the unique challenges of raising a family in the Pilbara from shift work and daycare logistics to the heat, isolation, and lack of local family support. Like many parents here, I wear many hats, and I understand how easy it is to put your own wellbeing last.

That’s why my mission is to help others find simple, practical ways to nourish their body, support their gut, and feel good in their skin again even while juggling the busyness of everyday life.
