  • During our initial consultation, we'll go through your intake form (submitted before your consultation) and will take a deep dive into your health history, diet and lifestyle to understand how these are currently impacting your health.

    From there I'll create a personalised plan for you including tailored dietary and lifestyle recommendations and nutritional supplements if needed. All designed to help you achieve your health goals.

    The Initial Consultation is a powerful first step, it gives us a clear picture of what’s going on and a personalised plan to move forward. From there, we can discuss the best ongoing support option to help you create lasting change and confidently reach your goals.

  • For the Follow up consultation Nikki will discuss with you any changes or updates to your nutritional plan, identify any potential barriers and continue to working towards your goals.

  • This package is designed for those who need more than general nutrition advice. It is for those navigating specific health conditions and seeking a deeper, more personalised approach.

    If you’re dealing with concerns like gut or digestive issues, low immunity, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, or skin concerns, this program offers a personalised, functional approach where we take the time to explore what’s really happening in your body and create strategies that support long-term health and balance.

    Across 4 months, you’ll receive:

    - Four follow-up consultations with personalised meal planning, resources and adjustments tailored to your needs.
    - Regular check-ins between sessions to keep you supported, accountable, and on track.

    This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s about understanding you as a whole person and giving you the tools and support you need to feel more in control of your health.

    Investment $1080 upfront or 3 monthly payments of $414

  • This program is for busy, time-poor parents who are tired of running on empty and want realistic, sustainable support without fad diets or extremes.

    Over 6 months, you’ll have 12 one-on-one sessions focused on diet and lifestyle.

    We’ll build simple habits to support your energy, mood, hormones, and improve your sleep. You’ll learn quick, healthy meals suitable for the whole family, along with simple strategies for meal planning and learning how to shop with confidence.

    Our sessions will also guide you in staying on track during busy times, holidays, and life’s inevitable chaos, while supporting key areas of health like your gut, skin, liver, and weight all in a natural, sustainable way. The goal is not just to improve what’s on your plate, but to create healthy habits and routines that truly fit your lifestyle so you can feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your health.

    This is a holistic, functional program that helps you feel nourished from within, supported every step of the way, and ables you to enjoy the simple shifts that make a lasting difference.

  • Sessions are available for women from conception through to the early postpartum stage. Appointments available per trimester or can be adjusted to suit individual needs.

    Whether it’s managing symptoms, boosting energy, or seeking ways to feel confident about nourishing both yourself and your baby through consuming enough of the key nutrients at their current stage.
