This session explores how caring for your own health and wellbeing can gently transform the way you show up in your relationships, marriage and family life. Together, we’ll look at how stress and the nervous system influence communication, patience and connection, the role nutrition and daily habits play in supporting mood, energy and emotional regulation, and simple, practical self-care tools to support emotional wellbeing.
Couples are warmly encouraged to attend together but you’re also very welcome to come on your on your own or with a friend if your partner is working or you don’t have childcare. (Tickets per person)
